PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer implement which enables a user to quickly and easily replace a refill by more easily by separating a main body-side half case portion from a refill-side half case portion. SOLUTION: This transfer implement A is characterized in that a turning engaging portion Q and a claw engaging portion R are provided between a supporting body 1 and the refill 2. The turning engaging portion Q and the claw engaging portion R enable the release of engagement in a relative attitude different from a relative attitude in the engagement. Specifically, the turning engaging portion Q and the claw engaging portion R bring about the overlap motion of changing the relative attitude in the engagement into the overlap attitude of the supporting body 1 and the refill 2 from an attitude in which the supporting body 1 and the refill 2 face each other, and bring about the turning motion of changing the relative attitude in disengagement into an attitude in which either of the supporting body 1 and the refill 2 is turned relatively to the other.
