PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently exchange a pallet with a small-diameter driving force cylinder without a need of a large-diameter driving force cylinder. SOLUTION: Tips of horizontal swing arms 17, 18 are connected to a pallet 11 to move the pallet 11 during exchanging. A piston rod 62 of a main driving force cylinder 51 is connected to the arms 17, 18 so as to swing the arms 17, 18 in an angle range corresponding to a moving distance of the pallet 1 during exchanging. Auxiliary cylinders 52, 53 are arranged so that piston rods 73 of the auxiliary driving force cylinders 52, 53 come into contact with the arms 17, 18 at the time of starting swing and push them.
