PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a theory for investigating causes of the vertigo, or a breakthrough technique for the diagnosis and treatment of the vertigo and other higher-order neurological dysfunctions. SOLUTION: In diagnosing symptoms of the vertigo, this method includes (a) a process for at least performing an MR examination and observing three points, the rim of diseases of the white matter pathology, the macular type and the cap, (b) a process for comparing and analyzing the result based on the observation process with a control group, and (c) a process for reading a change in the cerebral water content based on the result of the analysis process. Virus should be considered as an essential and ultimate cause of the vertigo and it is required to find the virus as the ultimate cause of the symptom of the vertigo. To find a specific antibody of the virus is the most quick solution for suppressing the symptom of the vertigo. This analysis is similar to the neurological dysfunctions other than the vertigo.
