PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternative method for organizing a database management system allowing efficient query processing. SOLUTION: A reference table has columns correlated with data attributes and rows containing related words of an aggregate of data assigned to the attributes, and the words is derived from different data tables having the independent number of records. The stored data includes a word thesaurus correlated with the attribute, and a reference table row identifier associated with each thesaurus entry. Each word thesaurus associated with the attribute has each entry in every word assigned to the data attribute in the collection of data.
