The electrode arrangement comprises at least one electrode formed by a conductive layer, and the reading device (9) further comprises a switching matrix formed of electronic components, wherein each electrode is connected to the evaluation device (14) via the reading device (9). The evaluation device generates different output signals as a function of the change of the relative position of the electrodes to each other. The electronic components of the reading device are directly attached to the deformable, flexible, and elastically resettable carrier layer.
