The invention provides acyclic nucleoside phosphonate derivatives of formula I and their non-toxic, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates or solvates, wherein each substituent is as defined in description. The invention also provides the method for preparation of compounds of formula I, the pharmaceutical compositions containing the same and the use of these compounds in preparing medicines for treating infection of hepatitis B.
