A manufacturing method of a functional coating agent and a cooker using the coating agent are provided to prevent food from getting scorched and pressed down and to take a consumer to eat food safely by neutralizing harmful objects like heavy metal and performing antibiotic, deodorization, air purification due to the radiation of far infrared rays and negative ions. A manufacturing method of a functional coating agent comprises a material input process(S100) for removing foreign materials included in jade, talcum or dolomite and injecting it into a pulverizing device; a first grinding process(S200) for pulverizing the jade, talcum or dolomite put into the pulverizing device; a secondary grinding process(S300) for pulverizing the ground jade, talcum or dolomite with a ball mill in order to become a nanoparticle size; a iron removal process(S400) for removing iron included in the nanosized-jade, talcum or dolomite powder with the ball mill, by using magnetic; and a coating solution mixing process(S500) for mixing a fluorine resin to iron-removed powder and mixing it at a low speed with a mixer. |
