A pinwheel for leisure, decorative or exhibitory purposes is disclosed. Radial cut lines are formed in a single sheet, separate blades are provided between the cut lines, and the respective blades are folded alternately forwards and backwards and are fitted to a pivot unit, thus allowing the pinwheel to have on both sides thereof pinwheels using a single sheet. The double-sided pinwheel provides a decorative effect and arouses an interest in its appearance, thus attracting public attention, and is not affected by the direction of wind, thus being efficiently stably rotated. When the double-sided pinwheel rotates, a better three-dimensional effect is obtained, and a more beautiful appearance is realized by a splendid rotating effect, thus achieving a considerably improved advertisement, publicity, and decorative effect, therefore being very efficient and economical. When decorative parts are provided between blades, the decorative parts provide a unique and splendid appearance to the pinwheel.
