<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing snacks or food containing fish collagen by effectively utilizing tuna skin that is left unused. <P>SOLUTION: Tuna skin parts that are collected and washed in water are boiled in water containing sake or others and then are pulverized, after being frozen at a prescribed temperature.
