<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order reception support system capable of connecting a demand to actual order reception when receiving the demand of a user. <P>SOLUTION: This order reception system has: a commodity information storage part 13 for storing commodity specification information showing a characteristic of a commodity, production information including a production plan expressing a production number and production time of the commodity, and stock information of the commodity; and a requirement specification acquisition part 12 for acquiring commodity limitation information showing the characteristic of the commodity required by a purchaser. By a similar commodity retrieval part 11A, the characteristic of the commodity required by the purchaser specified by the commodity limitation information and the characteristic of the commodity specified by the commodity specification information are compared, and a similar commodity of the commodity required by the purchaser is retrieved. When at least the commodity limitation information and the commodity specification information do not completely accord, a delivery date answer part 11C answers a delivery date of the similar commodity retrieved by the similar commodity retrieval part 11A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
