<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition preventing a black pigment from aggregating when the colored photosensitive resin composition is dried under a reduced pressure after application. <P>SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition comprises (A) a photopolymerizable compound, (B) a photopolymerization initiator, (C) a black pigment, and (S) a solvent, wherein the amount of the black pigment (C) is >40 mass% of a total solid content of the colored photosensitive resin composition, and the solvent (S) comprises (R) at least one slightly volatile solvent having a dissolution parameter of ≥8.7 (cal/cm<SP>3</SP>)<SP>1/2</SP>and a boiling point under atmospheric pressure of 200-250°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
