<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently control power saving in a radio communication terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication terminal having a position information acquiring function acquires the maximum ratio synthetic number of a present position from a look-up table which is stored in a memory, based on the present position information.
