PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flooring easily installable, enabling the reduction of use materials, and capable of installable with saved labor and responding to the request of labor saving and resources saving during remodeling and a method of remodeling a floor. SOLUTION: In this woody decorative flooring, a mounting material 4 is stacked and joined to the upper surface of a woody base plate 2 such as a plywood through a re-peelable adhesive agent allowing the re-peeling of a member to be adhered, particularly, a hot-melt adhesive agent layer 3. The mounting material 4 includes a compound sheet having a soft synthetic resin high specific gravity sheet 41, a middle quality fiber plate 42 with a thickness of 2.0 mm or thinner stacked on the sheet, and a decorative layer 43 stacked on the fiber plate.
