PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lean a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottle 4 with a simple action and also to seal the inside of the PET bottle 4 certainly when carrying out filling with a beverage containing gas. SOLUTION: A filling means 12 having a filling liquid passage 26 is circumferentially installed inside at regular intervals in the peripheral section of a rotor 10, a bottle opening packing 46 surrounding the above filling liquid passage is attached in the lower part of each of these filling means; on the other hand, a neck gripper 14 which can go up and down is installed according to each filling means. The bottle opening packing is inclined so that its undersurface 46a may become high at the center side of the rotor. Since the neck gripper can rotate centering on the horizontal shaft 60, it is possible to seal the inside of the PET bottle by enabling this neck gripper to support the PET bottle and by raising, and by forcing the spout section 4c of the PET bottle to the undersurface of the bottle opening packing, and also it is possible to make the PET bottle lean by turning the side of the bottom section 4d to the center of the rotor.
