PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky adhesive, using an acrylic resin, capable of changing its tacky adhesive property freely depending on applications, by various formulations based on one acrylic emulsion and its formulation. SOLUTION: A phosphoric acid group or phosphate group-containing acrylic polymer is produced by the emulsion polymerization of (a) a 2-14C alkyl group-containing alkyl (meth)acrylate of 60-99.9 wt.%, (b) an at least one functional group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer of 0.1-40 wt.%, (c) another monomer of 0-39.9 wt.%, and (d) a phosphoric acid group or phosphate group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer of 0.1-50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the sum of (a)+(b)+(c). The tacky adhesive composition is formed by formulating 1-100 pts.wt. of a phosphate compound, based on the polymer of 100 pts.wt. of the sum of (a)+(b)+(c)+(d). COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
