PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio receiver which has both merits of demodulation processing by digital signal processing and demodulation processing by analog signal processing, that is, a radio receiver which has little current consumption and is excellent in noise resistant performance. SOLUTION: An analog signal processing circuit 122 demodulates a received signal by analog signal processing. A digital signal processing circuit 121 demodulates the received signal by digital signal processing. A changeover switch 118 switches a supply destination of the received signal between the analog signal processing circuit 122 and the digital signal processing circuit 121. A noise existence/absence discrimination circuit 119 discriminates whether the received signal includes noise and controls the changeover switch 118 in accordance with a corresponding discrimination result.
