PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase memory band width when an access is requested from a plurality of access units including continuous processing units and discontinuous processing units. SOLUTION: A memory control device controls a memory having a plurality of banks. The memory controller is provided with an access control means for controlling a first access request to be output from the first access unit to be accepted, and for controlling a second access request to be output from the second access unit to be accepted the next. The access control means controls the access request to a non-access bank which is different from the bank accessed in response to the first access request, and which is less likely to be continuously accessed by the first access unit among the second access requests to be accepted.
