PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulator circuit capable of reducing consuming current while improving input stability. SOLUTION: The regulator circuit 100 has an input terminal 2 connected with a DC power source 1, an output terminal 3 for outputting output voltage, first and second filter circuits 6a and 6b connected with the input terminal 2 at their ends, a first constant current source 7 connected with the other end of the first filter circuit 6a at its one end, a second constant current source 8 connected with the other end of the second filter circuit 6b at its one end, a band-gap circuit 9 receiving current from the first constant current source 7 and outputting reference voltage, a feedback resistance circuit 10 for dividing output voltage and outputting the voltage-divided voltage, and a regulator amplifier 11 in which the current is supplied from the second constant current source 8 and the voltage-divided voltage is entered to an inverted input terminal and the reference voltage is entered into non-inverted input terminal and the output voltage is outputted to an output terminal 3 in response to the voltage-divided voltage and reference voltage.
