PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the back flow of a reaction liquid or a waste liquid in an analysis method, using a liquid feed chip that utilizes centrifugal force. SOLUTION: The analysis method includes the process of rotating a chip, which has a columnar reaction chamber housing a carrier, having a selective bondable substance bonded there to, and the reagent-specimen reservoir communicating with the reaction chamber, with respect to a rotary shaft which is substantially in the vertical direction provided outside the chip to analyze a substance to be inspected. The angleθ, formed by the rotary shaft for revolution and the reservoir-reaction chamber axis of the chip during stop, is such that 0°≤θ≤80°. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
