PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card holder for allowing a contactless ID card put in it to fully perform its function as a business card. SOLUTION: A card holder includes: a reel body 2 with a cord stored so that it can be freely expanded/contracted; a band member 3 fitted to a tip of the cord let out from the reel body 2; and a card case 4 installed to the band member 3. The reel body 2 and the band member 3 are removable by a removal buckle. When putting an ID card closer to a reader, the removal buckle is removed to pull the card case 4. After reading, the cord is stored, the removal buckle is fitted, then the direction of the card case 4 is fixed to the reel body 2, and the holder does not turn over.
