PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mooring device capable of mooring a floating body in a vertically movable manner following the fluctuation of the water level without whirling the floating body. SOLUTION: The mooring device 1 has a base body 3 fitted to a buoy float F on a water surface, and a first block 4 is rotatably supported by the base body 3. The mooring device 1 comprises a sinker 2 placed on a bottom, and a counterweight 5 having the vertically movable size between the placed sinker 2 and the buoy float F on the water surface, and a second block 6 is rotatably supported by the counterweight 5. A mooring rope 7 is wound around the first block 4 and the second block 6, and one end thereof is coupled with the sinker 2 and the other end is coupled with the base body 3.
