METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a molded product capable of forming weld burr only to the almost inner peripheral side of a welding part by making it hard to form the weld burr to the outer peripheral side of the welding part at the time of welding and capable of easily manufacturing the molded product having sufficient adhesive strength at a low cost, and a manufacturing apparatus of the molded product. SOLUTION: The welding part 11 of the bowl main body 1 held to a bowl holding jig 100 and the welding part 21 of the lid 2 held to a lid holding jig 110 are welded in a state that the outer peripheral sides of both welding parts 11 and 21 are closed by a lower closing wall part 102 and an upper closing wall part 115 to make it hard to form the weld burr 3 to the outer peripheral sides of the welding parts 11 and 21 to form the same almost only to their inner and outer peripheral sides.
