PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation of a remaining region formed adjacent to a piezoelectric body so as to make a working region of each piezoelectric plate uniform when the piezoelectric body is formed. SOLUTION: In the inkjet recording head 74 including a piezoelectric bodies 42 individualized for each pressure chamber 14 from the piezoelectric plate 58 having common electrodes 48 and discrete electrodes 50 formed on the plate of piezoelectric elements 46 with the remaining regions 44 left uncut, connecting pieces 46A of the piezoelectric elements 46 which constitute the piezoelectric bodies 42 are connected to the remaining regions 44, and the discrete electrodes 50 of the remaining regions 44 are partly or wholly removed.
