PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold structure capable of thermoforming a part except a molding part of the mold generated in thermoforming of a thermoplastic resin in a recyclable state, since that part is generated as non-recyclable industrial waste. SOLUTION: The structure of the molding mold for performing the molding by heating is divided into a molding part for imparting a shape and a non-molding part, and has the non-molding part which is made of a material having low thermal conductivity compared to the molding part. The structure of the molding mold is characterized in that the non-molding part is made of a metal or an alloy having low thermal conductivity. The structure of the molding mold is characterized in that the non-molding part is made of a synthetic resin having low thermal conductivity. The structure of the molding mold is characterized in that it has a thermal insulating material at the boundary part between the molding part and the non-molding part and it is described in any of the molding mold.
