Device for regulating and mixing recirculated gas for internal combustion engines, engine which includes said device and automobile vehicle which includes said engine, useful for reducing contaminating emissions and increasing the engine performance by adapting it to the operating conditions, said device comprising a convergent conduit (4) connected to an intake or supercharging conduit, a diverging conduit (1) connected with the intake collector, a lateral conduit (12) connected to at least one exhaust collector and a volume located in a central part (13) through which the gas is forced to recirculate (10) to make circular rotation movements before being mixed with the intake air (6), where the converging conduit (4) and the diverging conduit (1) are shaped to regulate the flow of recirculated gas (10) by means of the relative movement thereof, which modifies a volume of a space (7) of separation between the converging conduit (4) and the diverging conduit (1).
