A radio communication device includes: a first communication unit which performs non-contact communication with other radio communication device and receives predetermined setting data from the other radio communication device; a second communication unit which can make a radio connection with the other radio communication device; a control unit which makes a radio connection between the second communication unit and the other radio communication device by using the setting data required for the radio connection and received by the first communication unit; and a data processing unit which stores the setting data in a storage medium before the radio connection is disconnected. The control unit uses the setting data stored in the storage medium when resuming the radio connection between the second communication unit and the radio communication device.
