<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for achieving reduction of a noise and redundancy of a fan without providing any silencer outside a device casing in a rack mount server such as a blade server. <P>SOLUTION: This fan unit is configured of a unit casing for holding an air intake face and an exhaust face and a plurality of serially installed fans while a predetermined space is held on an air channel in the unit casing, and a silencer is installed on the air channel in the unit casing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
