PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear reinforcement structure which can improve the precision of gear tooth surface even with a simple configuration and can stably ensure the strength of the gear tooth surface. SOLUTION: The gear reinforcement structure includes: an intermediate transfer gear 32 as a gear main body in which teeth 32a are formed on the periphery; and a reinforcing member 34 made of a material the mechanical strength of which is equal to or greater than that of a material composing the main body of the intermediate transfer gear 32.
