PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the line width of a wiring line, such as a power line, where a large current needs to flow on an array substrate without affecting a manufacturing cost, throughput, etc. SOLUTION: The array substrate has a circuit part constituted having a plurality of wiring layers (first wiring line 27 and second wiring line 29) at the periphery of a display part. The first wiring line 27 and second wiring line 29 have a double-layer overlap wiring part 30 disposed to successively overlap with each other, and the overlap part (double-layer overlap wiring parts 30) of the wiring lines function as one wiring line.
