PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable rigid flex circuit board by reducing the impact of electromagnetic wave on the flexible portion of the rigid flex circuit board on which the flexible portion is wired at high density. SOLUTION: In the rigid flex circuit board 800, a flexible portion 801 has a first base 110 and a first conductor circuit 120 provided on the first base 110, an electromagnetic wave shielding layer 600 is provided to cover the first conductor circuit 120, the first base 110 is extended to a rigid portion 802, thus constituting the rigid portion 802, and a second rigid circuit portion 200 including a second base 210 and a second conductor circuit 220 provided on the second base 210 is laminated on one side of the rigid portion 802 while directing the circuit outward, wherein the electromagnetic wave shielding layer 600 and the second conductor circuit 220 are connected electrically.
