PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade for electrophotographic equipment capable of achieving both cleaning under low temperature and low humidity, and under normal temperature and normal humidity even when using polymerization method toner of a spherical (true spherical shape and different shape) and small particle diameter. SOLUTION: Concerning the cleaning blade for the electrophotographic equipment having an elastic rubber member 11 and a support member 12, the elastic rubber member 11 has two or more layers of multiple layer structure having an edge layer 21 and a layer except for the edge layer, hardness at a temperature of 23°C according to an international rubber hardness tester (M method) measured from a face being in contact with the support member 12 is 73-100°, and the elastic rubber member comprises a material of 0-9 of the creep characteristics.
