PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect an impact elastic wave propagating in concrete; and to accurately calculate the propagation velocity of the elastic wave. SOLUTION: A plate-like first vertical wall 21 and a second vertical wall 22 are supported by a frame 30. The vertical walls 21 and 22 are arranged along a virtual surface xy, and is brought into contact with a concrete surface B. Sensors 41 and 42 are arranged on this side of the vertical walls 21 and 22 as shown in the figure, that is, a downstream side of a first direction (x). When the elastic wave is propagated in the concrete from the first direction (x), the elastic wave is surely detected by the sensors 41 and 42.
