PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator which effectively eliminates air gap generation between a coil and a stator core without lowering the occupation rate of the coil, and its manufacturing method and a motor. SOLUTION: Slot insulating paper 10 having an autohesion layer 2 on at least one side face is interposed between the coil 3 and teeth in an attitude that the autohesion layer 2 is directed toward the coil side. The stator is constituted by fusion-bonding the autohesion layer 2 to the coil 3. In the case that the stator is a distributed-winding stator, inter-phase insulating paper 20 having the autohesion layers 2, 2 on both sides is interposed between coils with different phases, and the autohesion layers 2, 2 are adhered to the coils.
