PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus which prevents an insulation oil from deteriorating due to steam, dust, etc., of outside air and regulates a change in pressure within a sealed container due to expansion/contraction of the insulation oil. SOLUTION: An electric component such as a reactor 12 and an insulation oil 16 are housed within a sealed container 15, and a space 18 is provided between the sealed container 15 and the insulation oil 16. Furthermore, a pressure regulating container 19 of which capacity can be changed is provided within the space 18 to communicate with the outside of the sealed container 15, so that the insulation oil 16 inside the sealed container 15 is hard to be in contact with the outside air. Therefore, the deterioration of the insulation oil 16 due to steam or dust of the outside air can be prevented, and a change in pressure within the sealed container 15 due to expansion/contraction of the insulation oil 16 can be also regulated.
