PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector device in which an electric wire connected to both faces of a printed-circuit board can be retained stably and disconnection of the electric wire can be reduced. SOLUTION: In a connector device in which a high-speed signal group composed of a plurality of pieces of coaxial wires and a low-speed signal group composed of a plurality of pieces of smaller diameter electric wires than the coaxial wires are connected to both faces in the vicinity of the other end of the printed-circuit board with a connector in which a connection fitting part is installed at one end while connector covers are mounted on both faces of the printed-circuit board so that the printed-circuit board is included, a spacer composed of an elastic member is installed between wires of the low-speed signal group connected to the both faces of the printed-circuit board, and the electric wires of the low-speed signal group are pinched by this spacer and respective connector cover.
