PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump facility with simple structure, surely preventing foreign matters from being caught into a pump. SOLUTION: A water pump 4 disposed in a pump chamber 3 comprises; a pump body 8 connected to a suction pipe 5 on a suction tank 2 side and a discharge pipe 7 on a discharge tank 6 side; and a submersible motor 9 disposed integrally with an upper part of the pump body 8. In a heat exchanger 21, heat exchange between primary cooling water sealed in a water jacket 29 of the submersible motor 9 and pumped water as secondary cooling water is performed.
