PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma sterilizer capable of surely and efficiently sterilizing an object to be treated by generating radicals in a high density by an underwater discharge plasma method. SOLUTION: Water 80 which is the intermediate medium of plasma discharge is supplied to the hollow part of a fine tube 2, discharge is generated between a needle-like electrode 11 and an encircling electrode 3, and the fine tube 2 of the object to be treated and the water 80 which is the intermediate medium are surely and efficiently sterilized by the plasma generated in the water 80 which is the intermediate medium.
