<p>The method involves a mechanical compression and a chemical reaction of fuels together with an oxygen-containing working medium. Temperature of the working medium is utilized by a technical work, which performs an expansion up to an ambient pressure. The temperature is increased after the mechanical compression, by an isobar recuperative transfer of heat, preferably process-internal waste heat. The temperature and the pressure are increased by using an isochoric chemical reaction of the working medium comprising supplied fuel, before the expansion of the working medium. An independent claim is also included for a device for converting chemical fuels into mechanical energy.</p> |
