A controlled release multiple layer tablet is provided to have an excellent medical treatment effect by containing a loratadine and a pseudoephedrine and eluting the loratadine component and the pseudoephedrine component effectively. A multilayer tablet for oral comprises an immediate-released layer and a slowly-released layer. The immediate-released layer has a loratadine and a pseudoephedrine having a therapeutic effective amount as an active component. The slowly-released layer contains an erupted controlling agent and uses the pseudoephedrine as an active component.
