ELECTRODE CATALYST COMPOSITION, ELECTRODE AND FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode catalyst composition suitable for an electrode enhancing power generation efficiency in a fuel cell, particularly in a single chamber solid oxide fuel cell.

SOLUTION: The electrode catalyst composition includes gold and platinum, and the number of gold atoms is greater than 0 and not greater than 3 when the number of platinum atoms is 100. The electrode catalyst composition includes the number of gold atoms of 0.15-0.25 to the number of platinum atoms of 100. The electrode has the electrode catalyst composition. The fuel cell has the electrode. The solid oxide fuel cell has the electrode. A single chamber solid oxide fuel cell has the electrode as an anode.
