<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nucleic acids, proteins, antibodies being useful markers and relating to genes in lymphocyte cells (e.g., cells functioning in an immune system) which can function for controlling generation, differentiation and/or physiological function of a mammalian immune system, and to provide a method for using thereof and the like. <P>SOLUTION: Nucleic acids encoding various lymphocyte cell proteins from mammal including primate, reagents related thereto and containing specific antibodies, and purified proteins are described. A method of using the reagents, and related diagnostic kits are also provided.
