摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patient member card of a card size built in with an IC chip, capable of referring to clinical information, contraindication drug information or the like, in emergency medical care when damaged with a disaster.

SOLUTION: A patient pocketbook is formed into the patient member card built in with the credit card type IC chip excellent in portability, written with the clinical information and capable of browsing and referring the clinical information, in any medical institute. The card is equipped with an electronic money function, can be usable for dispense in each medical institute, and an electronic money card control number managed by an electronic money operation business concerned is notified to a card issuer through the Internet, when the card is used. The card issuer can restore a fixed amount to an electronic money card control number holder, through the Internet, as a special favor of the member card, and can restore a fixed rate of the dispense amount to the specified electronic money card control number, without requiring execution of personal specification work such as an address and a name of a member having the card, by the card issuer.
