<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sell a simple and compact commodity information posting slip instead of a bulky booklet-like commodity catalog in a manner such that a delivery request of a commodity based on a shoplifted or forged commodity information posting slip can be invalidated so as not to damage a distribution source of the commodity. <P>SOLUTION: The sales system 10 for a commodity presented from a gift-giver to a gift receiver issues the commodity information posting slip posting information for sales object commodities to be delivered to a dealer, issues an authentication slip having specific authentication information assigned thereto, which is attached to the commodity information posting slip when the commodity information posting slip is sold at the dealer, and records the authentication information assigned to the authentication slip when issuing the authentication slip. The system determines, upon receipt of a delivery request of a commodity, whether authentication information attached to the delivery request is recorded when issuing it or not, instructs delivery of the commodity, when the authentication information is determined to be recorded, based on the delivery request, and further deletes the recorded authentication information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
