PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor for measuring dough and an apparatus for measuring and cutting the dough in which a cut piece of the food dough can stably and rapidly be fed when the light and small piece of the food dough is measured and cut. SOLUTION: The conveyor 5 for measuring the dough 1 is designed to carry out measuring of the food dough 1 and is equipped with measuring means 13 for measuring the weight of the food dough 1, a transporting means 17 for transporting the food dough 1 and dough pressing means 25A and 25B for pressing the food dough against the transporting means 17 so as to prevent floating of the food dough above the transporting means 17. The dough pressing means 25A and 25B are integrally installed with a frame of the measuring conveyor 5. The apparatus for measuring and cutting the dough is equipped with a transporting conveyor 3 for carrying the food dough into the dough-measuring conveyor 5, a cutter 9 for cutting the food dough and a measuring check conveyor 19 for carrying out measuring check of the cut piece 1A cut out of the food dough.
