PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-free telephone apparatus in which a plurality of mobile phones can be registered as a hand-free mobile phone and a suitable mobile phone can be selected and connected from among the plurality of registered mobile phones. SOLUTION: A hand-free telephone apparatus that performs short-range wireless communication with a mobile phone and performs communication processing with other telephone apparatus via the mobile phone, comprises: a registration means in which priorities of connection are set to a plurality of mobile phones and the plurality of mobile phones and the priorities of the connection are correspondingly registered, and a short-range wireless communication means for performing short-range wireless communication with the plurality of mobile phones, wherein the short-range wireless communication means performs connection processing with mobile phones in accordance with the priorities of connection, and the registration means changes the priority of connection to a mobile phone on which the connection processing has been performed completely.
