<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latch structure capable of keeping the force applied between a latch and a striker constant in the latch structure comprising a housing formed with a groove part where the striker can intrude into and a hook member for constraining the striker having intruded into the housing. <P>SOLUTION: A hook member 24 is formed with a groove part 24b, where the striker 10 can intrude into, constraining the striker 10 by crossing with the groove part 21c of the housing 21 at a first rocking position and releases the striker 10 by pointing of an opening 24c to an opening 21d side of the groove part 21c of the housing 21 moving to the opening 21d side of the groove part 21c of the housing 21 in rocking from the first rocking position to the second rocking position side, and an elastic member 31 energizing the hook member 24 toward the second rocking position side by abutting of the hook member 24 with the housing 21 when the hook member 24 is in the first rocking position is arranged in at least one of the housing 21 and the hook member 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
