PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce loads to power-feeding metal terminals and outer leads when a tubular incandescent heater is incorporated into a real machine. SOLUTION: One end of each outer lead 191, 192 is welded to the other end of each of a pair of metal foils 171, 172 welded to both ends of tungsten-used light-emitting parts 13 inserted into a quarts-glass bulb 12. Each sealing part 161, 162 is formed at each metal foil part 171, 172 of the bulb 12 by using a decompression sealing method so as to constitute a halogen lamp 11. The halogen lamp 11 is mounted by welding each outer lead 191, 192 to each metal terminal plate 201, 202 supplied with power and by fixing each metal terminal plate 201, 202 to each support part 211, 212 with each screw 221, 222. On that occasion, a holding part 25 is integrally formed with each metal terminal plate 201, 202 so as to elastically hold each sealing part 161, 162. Each outer lead 191, 192 and each metal terminal plate 201, 202 are brought into contact with each open end 26 of each sealing part 161, 162 for welding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
