PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom plate with a ground electrode that allows equipment and cables supported by a support pole to be grounded without increasing the number of members. SOLUTION: A reinforced-concrete bottom plate 1 with a ground electrode is embedded into the ground 3. The bottom plate 1 with a ground electrode receives the base part 2a of a support pole 2 erected on the ground so as to prevent the support pole 2 from sinking or the like into the ground. A reinforcing bar 4 of the bottom plate 1 with a ground electrode is mounted with a lead wire 5 for making an electric connection to a ground wire 6. The reinforcing bar 4 of the bottom plate 1 with a ground electrode is also used as a ground electrode for grounding. It eliminates a ground electrode exclusive for grounding.
