PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid damage of a skeleton around an anchor caused by a shortage of shearing yield strength and shearing rigidity, by enhancing the shearing yield strength and the shearing rigidity of the adhesive system anchor. SOLUTION: This disk 2 has an insertion hole 2c, and is installed on a surface of an anchoring object 7 bored with a bore hole 7a for anchoring the anchor 3, and anchors the anchor 3 fitted in the bore hole 7a in the anchoring object 7. A screw part 2b of threading a male screw on the outer periphery is formed on the surface, and the insertion hole 2c for inserting the anchor 3 is penetratingly formed in the axial direction in this screw part 2b.
