A first hole element 26 for detecting relative positions of the first moving frame and the fixed base 23 in a first direction X and a second hole element 27 for detecting relative positions of the second moving frame and the fixed base 23 in a second direction Y are provided, and a distance from the first main guide shaft 33 to the correction lens 15 in the second direction Y and a distance from the first main guide shaft 33 to the first hole element 26 in the second direction are approximately equalized, and a distance from the second main guide shaft 47 to the correction lens 15 in the first direction X and a distance from the second main guide shaft 47 to the second hole element 27 in the first direction are approximately equalized.
